is responsible for generating collection calls and e-mailing customers regarding payment on past due and outstanding balances.
The Customer Capital Specialist is responsible for projecting three weeks' worth of incoming receivables, as well as maintaining the 60-Day AR Aging spreadsheet.
The Customer Capital Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
This position will also cross train in the other functions of the accounting department so the department can keep up to date and efficient should there be a need.
The ideal person for this role is a self-motivated worker who is eager to learn and continuously improve and who is not afraid to ask questions, someone who is able to meet timelines by continuing to follow-up as necessary, and ensuring process are followed.
Success in this role will come from having excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
