SALES SUPPORT DUTIES Support sales team in all administrative processes, including quote generation, sending out quotes, post-sales customer service support and anywhere else administrative assistance is required Engage with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfilment, or admin-related sales activities Collaborate with account managers to obtain necessary information, develop and share quotes for specified categories of leads using bid pricing sheet Process orders into the software database after quote acceptance, ensure clients receives follow-up of sent quotes and assist in turning quotes into orders Support account managers and sales team by performing administrative-related tasks Track previous proposals from internal data sources, streamline deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities for upscale opportunity.
CUSTOMER SERVICE Assist with inbound phone calls.
Process accordingly.
Coordinate with Management Team on strategic planning, budgeting, marketing and pricing strategies, employee programs, customer service, profitability objectives and maintaining policy and procedures.
Keep all contact information in electronic system accurate and current.
Update records as necessary and notify South Shore team members of any changes.
Develop and maintain programs and systems to ensure and increase customer satisfaction.
Problem-solve customer concerns and requests, directing issues to appropriate department, follow up to ensure customer issues are addressed and customer is satisfied with results.
Update scheduling software with pertinent information and follow up notes.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Required Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly.
Independent decision maker and able to work with changing priorities and or situations Strong interpersonal and writing skills Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels Excel, Outlook, Word, Database Software 2
Industry and/or related job experience and responsibility Preferred:
Experience with Customer Database software (Service Autopilot, Salesforce, Yardi, etc.
