Responsibilities:
Create invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within QuickBooks software Prepare relevant reports as needed Provide general office support across the company, includes scheduling, answering customer calls and inquiries Maintain reception area clean and organized and greet guests as needed Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/
Experience:
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Word and Excel Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately Typing speed of at least 50 WPM Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and customer service Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, and photocopier Bilingual English/Spanish Access to reliable transportation 1 year of data entry experience or related office experience ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to listen and follow directions Mental Requirements Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in workload priorities, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to maintain confidentiality.
