Summary:
Warehouse Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting warehouse manager with appointed tasks.
This role involves Dispatch/Fleet/Receiving.
The Warehouse Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with Warehouse Manager, Foreman, Techs, Admin to ensure efficiency for continued growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Scan, name, label and save all packing slips Send all saved packing slips to correct persons Label and place items in designated area Use forklift when needed Schedule all RMA with available drivers Take any packages to FedEx when needed Schedule all drivers for deliveries Communicate with foreman regarding deliveries Communicate with driver's items to load Schedule all Construction employees for work Maintain vehicle maintenance logs Coordinate with Techs, drivers, Field foreman for any maintenance Keep all logs up to date via provided software Maintain current registration for fleet Maintain current paperwork for all vehicles Perform duties timely and accurately while maintaining safety as top priority Assist with facility maintenance to include repairs and upkeep in and around warehouse and facility.
Additional duties may be assigned ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
Basic familiarity with construction industry standards and codes.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Be able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

years of prior warehouse support experience preferred to include knowledge in shipping, dispatch and/or fleet coordination Strong knowledge in using computers and ability to learn new software.
Must have a valid California driver's license.
Must be approved by company's insurance carrier as a driver.
