Summary:
Job Summary The Disneyland Resort Cast Care Program is crafted to equip Cast Members with resources that will empower them to face life hurdles with confidence.
The Cast Care Program Manager will be tasked with maintaining the current program, while evolving to serve the wider Disneyland Resort population.
Responsibilities Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to interpersonal objectives.
Develop and run budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Test and adjust program functionality ranging from high level strategy to tactical application and identify ways to optimize the program.
Produce program reports for managers and partners.
Provide valuable feedback and standard processes to partners across Disneyland Resorts and the Enterprise, as the program scales more broadly to other areas.
Serve as a Cast advocate in wellbeing spaces.
Lead marketing opportunities for program, identifying resources and working with partners as needed to implement.
Supervise daily activities.
Provide supervision/direct management of 4
Cast Care Associates.
Indirectly lead all aspects of, influence and provide direction to 50
salaried Leaders.
Build and implement Cast Care Team Learning & Development and continued education.
Run program and project teams for efficient return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Work with senior leaders both within the organization and across the Enterprise to develop scope.
Build and maintain feedback loops with Human Resources, and other key partners to share critical program data regarding resources and Cast needs.
Work with Wellness partners to ensure Wellbeing Navigator coverage.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to lead deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Qualifications 5 years of experience in an Operations, Project Management, or development position.
Eagerness to learn new areas, improve operational processes and grow the program.
Proven strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality work and understanding impacts to the program.
Proven strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and articulate concrete, balanced insights and recommendations.
Experience telling a simple and compelling story to varying audiences to guide decision making.
Strong partnering and influencing skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor.
Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
