9/4/2023 JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor I (ITS I) over the Program Support Services group in the Office of Information Services, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) responds to all Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) users providing timely, courteous, and effective technical support of computer hardware and software according to the IT Service Level Agreement.
The ITA will analyze, develop and document business processes utilizing industry best practices and standard methodologies.
The ITA may also perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover during absences, equalize work periods or otherwise balance the workload.
This position is located at:
1065 N.
Link, Suite 170, Anaheim, CA 92806 Require some traveling to remote offices.
Ability to transport IT equipment and navigate around the work area to connect or disconnect various IT equipment cables.
