The candidate we are looking for will be a full time Call Center Representative.
It is a requirement to live local to Anaheim, California! The Call Center Representative will be required to go on the road, as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation driver, in the event a driver calls off, is suspended, or is terminated, only if needed.
Once the driver has returned or the position is filled, the Call Center Representative will resume call center duties.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries Data Entry Data Tracking Document and update records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the company procedures Safely operate company vehicle Provide door to door service for patients Transport patients to and/or from doctor appointments Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect the company vehicle at the beginning and ending of each shift
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can pass a background check Can pass a drug test Clean MVR Valid License Strong work ethic Dependable Job Types:
