They assume all CSR traits:
process and schedule orders, problem solve discrepancies, and provide superior product knowledge, and customer service.
In addition, all CSRs are expected to learn product lines, pricing programs, and computer systems.
Job Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on orders - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Liaison between the Customer and graphic designers when alterations are requested Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure timelines are met to ensure repeat business Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs - Ability to read Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) images and blueprints - Able to work for long periods sitting or standing at a workstation Job Type:
