Smartex Apparel Inc.
is looking for an experienced customer service rep to join our new office in California.
We're a company who is rapidly expanding and adding to our team.
Responsibilities:
Daily correspondence via phone and email with customers.
Respond to emails in a timely manner Daily processing and entering of orders Friendly and professional demeanor by phone and email Manage any complaints customers may have Process returns with warehouse Become familiar with brand/ product knowledge Work with operations on available inventory to fulfill immediate orders Other duties as assigned in office Requirements:
2-5 years experience working in a customer service role.
Experience in a wholesale setting preferred.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment - during busy seasons.
Ability to work on your own and willing to make decisions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
