Job Description:
The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
Pay:
$19-$22/hr Availability:
Monday-Friday 10AM-6:
30PM (including one Saturday or Sunday) What will I do every day? Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel Audit records and files What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred What's in it for me? (Great Question!) The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
