The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize company's sales; Perform data entry of daily orders received; Print out the shipping labels from UPS, USPS, DHL and other shipping methods; Perform internet sales promotions; Perform assistance or analysis for the accounting system.
Skills Proven experience as an office assistant; Knowledge of back-office computer systems; Working knowledge of office equipment; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint techniques; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience working online sales promotion skills; Experience on-line meeting setups e.
