As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering elite service and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with all aspects of the Passport experience.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Act as a primary point of contact for Passport customer inquiries, issues, and feedback Communicate with coaches/directors to facilitate a smooth roster submission process for events Review submitted age/grade documents to verify player eligibility Prepare pre-event and post-event customer analysis reports Availability to work select weekend events
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred Knowledge and enthusiasm for basketball is a plus Why Join The Passport:
