is the American subsidiary office and has seen exponential growth since it expanded to the US market in 2009 and is seeking a new Human Resources Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee exits Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs Researches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packages Align HR programs and objectives with headquarter in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information Manage the office work environment, office assets and supplies, company events Requirements Bilingual in English and Korean required 1-2 years of progressive HR experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans Detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality Job Type:
