Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This is also a tipped position and a great step into being promoted and trained for a serving position.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries about the menu - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of phone etiquette in handling reservations and inquiries - Previous experience in the restaurant, hotel, or food service industry is a plus If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests, we invite you to apply for the Host position at our establishment.
