Previous Animal Hospital Experience is required and knowledge of Avimark Software preferred but not required.
Job Description (includes not limited to):
Explain treatment plans Assist Veterinarian with exams and treatment using proper handling and restraint Discharging patients along with explaining post-op care Administer vaccines/medications Assist with multiple phone lines Maintaining hospital cleanliness and organization Educating clients on all aspects of pet welfare Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule Job duties (includes not limited) :
Venipuncture, placing IV catheters, performing lab work, monitoring hospitalized patients, radiographs, surgical prep and monitoring, restraining, filling prescriptions, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

at least 1 year as a veterinary technician/assistant If you are outgoing, work well with others, flexible in your work schedule, professional, can multitask, efficient/accurate in computer skills, provides good customer service and enjoy people and pets of all kinds, this may be the place for you! Hourly Pay is based on experience.
