Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office operations.
This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including training and development - Maintain office procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events - Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing relationships with suppliers - Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions - Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls - Ensure office policies are adhered to by all staff members Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail - Experience in supervising staff and providing guidance - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
