Summary:
Professional, self-motivated, and quality-focused warehouse picker sought to thrive in a fast-paced and structured warehouse environment.
Responsibilities include assisting Counter Sales Associates in picking products for customers and putting away received items.
The ideal candidate will maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to ensure transfers and shipments are picked and shipped according to picking ticket specifications.
Serve as backup for shipping, stocking, and driving when necessary.
Utilize the ERP system to verify stock and location.
Take ownership of the branch by addressing any issues such as cleanliness, stock, product labeling, etc.

Operate pallet jacks to move materials.
Demonstrate commitment to safety and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
Requirements:
Two Years minimum of Warehouse Experience Double-checks information and work product for accuracy and consistency.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills such as active listening, dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Proactively seeks or accepts additional responsibilities within the job scope.
Initiates tasks independently, understanding the branch's needs for cleanliness, inventory, and stocking to minimize downtime.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Able to walk, stand, sit for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and squatting.
Possesses skills in reaching, feeling, grasping, gripping, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Comfortable working in warehouse environments with exposure to inside/outside conditions, varied temperatures, minimal chemical hazards, vibration, dust, vehicle noise.
Must be a team player and coachable (no exceptions).
Capable of following instructions and supervision.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving.
Demonstrated job stability.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
