UX Designer

Responsibilities:
Create a shared understanding of the solution among cross-functional colleagues (product marketing, engineering, etc.) to produce world-class design, advocating for the end user. Sketch the ideas to help everyone see and understand the concept; participate in regular collaborative sessions as an essential part of the product team(s). Generate the appropriate UX assets -- from low-fidelity to high-fidelity deliverables based on project needs. Contribute to our growing design system. Advocate for and participate in design research as needed. Validate that completed product solutions meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders and users. Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Human Factors, or related field, or 10
years of relevant experience. 5
years of relative User Experience Design experience. Excellent written and visual communication in your portfolio; Confident verbal communication and presentation skills. A strong understanding of screen-based design regarding web, mobile, and rich client applications. Proven experience building and/or leveraging a design system (style guide). Confident understanding of Responsive Design. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with others. Experience with common tools for visual design and collaboration. (Good skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Sketch, XD, InVision, and Axure a plus) Please submit a portfolio when submitting a resume. Preference given to candidates with:
Exposure to enterprise-level product development. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience conducting your own design research. Experience with common web frameworks and CSS preprocessors. (Comfort with Bootstrap, Angular, and SASS a plus).
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
