years of experience to assist our public client in the Anaheim area.
The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
Familiarity with public contracts is a plus.
The Landscape Maintenance Coordinator duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Plan, schedule, prioritize, and assign maintenance work in consultation with assigned supervisor and staff Inspect assigned infrastructure, facilities, and right-of-way areas for maintenance needs and recommends appropriate actions Document all observed deficiencies in the form of punch lists, e-mail or other means by which the service provider has warning and knows the expectations Serve as liaison between contractors and staff and resolve minor complaints Review plans of new and/or renovation projects for conformance with contract specifications The Landscape Maintenance Coordinator will have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring and administering maintenance contracts Knowledge of principles, practices, landscape installation and maintenance requirements Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.
