Branch Maintenance Associate

Job OverviewBranch Maintenance Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintenance related to the branch showroom, customer service, office and warehouse areas and facilities.
Duties Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment including warehouse and showroom Ensure cleanliness of the restrooms, floors, windows, doors, countertops, sample racks and displays Maintain and restock restroom supplies Empty and remove all garbage Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition Report and address any major repairs and safety issues Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism at all times Assist with warehouse and showroom operations as needed Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
Any other duties required of this position Minimum Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Close attention to details and high level of accuracy Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take the extra step! Possess a flexible work schedule Ability to lift 100 lbs.
