Responsibilities Maintaining records (processing hires, promotions, transfers and separations) Payroll (time keeping, processing, and bonuses) Special Events 401(k) (enrollment, contributions, regulatory compliance, and statements) Filing and other clerical tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Outlook Strong communication skills both verbal and written Prior human resource or payroll experience is a plus but not required Must be able to pass a background check Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident What's in it for you? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
