On-the-job training Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and hard-working Construction Laborer to help prepare surfaces for decorative coating.
The individual hired will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficient work at a fast pace and for documenting your work to ensure accuracy in written reports.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to succeed in the construction industry, as the successful candidate will be trained on proper surface preparation techniques and quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
Finish concrete surfaces.
Mix and apply concrete.
Use concrete finishing techniques to make a variety of surfaces.
Apply texture to concrete.
Apply colors to concrete.
Perform tasks involving physical labor.
Expert in Flat Work Concrete Finishing, Block Walls and Footings Work may involve the operation of equipment and tools, including, but not limited to:
Forklift Vibration Tools Spatulas Shovels Finishing Trowel Bobcat (a plus, but not required) Welding (a plus, but not required) Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish and English Reliability Positive Attitude Leadership qualities Construction/Concrete experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Physical, and Environmental Requirements:
Lift and move up to 50 pounds (heavier objects with assistance) Accustomed to working in outdoor environments Job Type:
