Disneyland Resort Operations Coordinator

About the Role & Team The Disneyland Resort Operations Coordinator provides administrative, clerical, and project management support for executive leadership and their team.
In this role, you will support executives by providing project management support, research, reporting, identifying trends, preparing documents, agendas, executive summaries, and presentations which may include, the use of digital/technology solutions for virtual presentations, and fulfilling other ad-hoc leader requests; support executive leadership, their direct reports and Cast (schedule complex meetings, prepares agendas to support business needs/objectives, captures and tracks action items/deliverables, optimizing leader's schedules, and process/manage purchases & expenses); as well as identifying and driving efficiencies, with the ability to self-educate and seek out resources to advance the business.
What You Will Do Coordinates, participates, and supports all stages of the project lifecycle including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, and Closure.
Orchestrates communication and partner engagement for projects to ensure individuals have the required information.
Prepares and analyzes data.
Conducts tracking as needed to support data collection/research.
Completes research, develops high-profile presentations, and prepares materials.
Prepares documents, agendas, reports, and executive summaries that support meeting objectives.
Prepares presentations in support of a project, which may include the use of digital/technology solutions for virtual presentations.
Process and handle purchase orders, vendor contracts as well as leadership's expense reports.
Create travel itineraries and coordinate meetings with key partners that support the leader's business objectives.
Prepares regular/weekly reports and business summaries for multiple (2-3) Operations General Managers.
May include support of the Vice President (e.
g.
weekly update reports that go to Sr.
site Executives as well as other weekly operational reports used by leadership).
Meeting coordination:
prepares agendas to support business needs/objectives, captures and tracks action items/deliverables, and completes follow-up as necessary with leaders/key partners to drive work to completion.

weekly GM or Sr Leader meetings, partner meetings, other business meetings, etc.
).
Optimize scheduling of commitments on leaders' calendars (be familiar with leaders' schedule(s) and adjust as needed to meet daily/weekly priorities).

Remains flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Seeks out key partners/team members to identify standard processes and drive efficiencies.
Managing ad-hoc projects given by the supported executive.
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
Support event planning (e.

birthdays, service anniversary recognition, lunch & learns, team building activities, skip level sessions, etc.
).
Required Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to manage internal and external resources and collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
2 or more years of administrative and project coordination or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of English grammar skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build, maintain, and manage relationships of the Walt Disney Company both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to track and organize a large volume of details, data, and tasks.
Ability to appropriately respond to and resolve cast and guest issues with little direction.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables, making independent on-the-spot decisions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
A proactive self-starter with a positive demeanor and a can-do attitude.
Reliably handles confidential information.
Master of Microsoft Office Suites and working in Windows environment.
Confidence in learning new programs such as SAP, Collaborative work platforms, and Concur.

This job is located in Anaheim, CA.
#DPEPMedia The hiring range for this position in California is $52,400 to $ 70,200 per year based on a 40-hour work week.
The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
