In this role, you will assist arriving and departing Guests with their vehicles, luggage, and more.
You will be answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests and Cast Members.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
Direct traffic on hotel driveway Care and store Guest's property Transport guest's luggage Greet Guests with positive and friendly demeanor Ensure Guest arrival experience is smooth through immersive interactions, including those arriving on public transportation and buses Proactively address Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions, and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity Manage and resolve Guest situations Basic
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Skills Valid California Driver's License Clean driving record for past 12 months Comfortable driving all types of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles Excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities Strong communication skills Adept at troubleshooting and can calmly handle difficult situations Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required Hard working attitude Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a 5 Star hotel Bilingual Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:
00am while some may end as late as 3:
00am, 4:
00am or 5:
00am.
You may be scheduled a graveyard shift.
Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
