We're looking for a Weekend Party Manager to oversee all things related to our weekend birthday party schedule.
We're looking for someone that is highly energetic, self motivated, outgoing, and great with both kids and parents to join our Ultimate Ninjas team.
To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You'll be helping our staff develop and thrive, while ensuring our party business is on the rise.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with high energy to make sure everyone from kids to adults has a TON OF FUN at our Ninja gym! Responsibilities Oversee weekend gym operations and scheduling Keep weekend open gym and birthday parties running smoothly Always interact with kids and parents in a positive, high energy manner! Proactively find ways to increase party revenue (bonus directly tied to business performance) Ensure all staff follow safety regulations at all times Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Skills Experience as a General Manager preferred but not necessary Experience with party planning a big plus Experience working with kids strongly preferred Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit Athletic background and/or interest in the sport of Ninja a big plus Background check required Job Type:
