Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Manage billing and insurance claims processes - Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the dentist to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in office management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dental office management - Strong knowledge of managed care practices and procedures - Proficient with Dentrix - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

You will work approximately 10 days in each office per month.
Our schedule is as follows:
M-W 9AM-6PM Thurs 8AM-5PM Fri 7AM to 2PM No weekends Job Type:
