Summary:
We are seeking a Receiver Assistant, who will be assisting the (inventory control) Receiver by helping inspect, weigh, unload, and distribute all food and non-food supplies to area locations, maintaining stock levels by dating, rotating, and accurately storing items.
Cleans, stocks, and organizes all storage and refrigeration areas.
Assists in completing production and spoilage records as required.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
Check in deliveries; food, liquor, wine, and non-food products Ensure and confirm the accuracy of deliveries/verifying packing slips to include weighing of products Confirm accuracy and quality compliance of all deliveries through verification, reconciliation, inspection, and adherence to food safety standards/HACCP Ensure proper storage, rotation, dating, and of products Maintain sanitation standards and guidelines for cleaning of all freezers, coolers, walk-ins, storeroom, and the back dock area(s) Ability to use/operate receiving equipment (i.

, pallet jacks, rider pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
You must have a current California Driver License Must meet the physical demands, including but not limited to:
lifting over 10-75lbs, ability to work in extreme temperature changes Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse/inventory control environment Experience in Food and Beverage and product knowledge Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start and end any time over a 24 hour day.
Casual Regular Cast Members must be available to work to work all holidays and all peak seasons.
