75 an hour We are currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and Bilingual Administrative Assistant with sales and customer service experience to join our team.
As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support while also assisting with sales efforts and interacting with clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Maintaining documents, organizing files, and ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting with sales efforts, including answering questions and providing information about our services.
- Following up with leads and potential clients in a timely manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2
years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferred).
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Sales and customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
