We support individuals with disabilities in various cities in Orange County- Fountain Valley, Stanton, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, and La Habra.
Who we are Clear Motivations is a nonprofit organization serving adults with disabilities in Orange County.

We seek coaches who want to join us in helping our participants succeed at their jobs and in the community! Benefits and pay range Starting pay is $20 with partial cell phone reimbursement and mileage compensation.
Benefits include medical health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
Monday through Friday- Weekends off! Paid Training! Responsibilities and Duties An Employment Job Coach.
Provides transportation to and from the participant/s home, including internship, work, or activity locations within the participants city of residence.
Provides full motivation and support throughout the day! provides support towards advocacy and communication! provides support with teaching best work practices, including appropriate social behavior in the workplace or community.
Provides a thorough recap of the day of the participant/s progress for each day.
Most importantly, a CM Coach believes participants can succeed through our unique formula, Teach.
Motivate.

Qualifications Possess a minimum of High School Diploma or G.
E.
D Conduct themselves in a professional, responsible, and reliable manner Have the motivation to learn new skills and help people! Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude.
Possess a reliable automobile and be willing to transport clients (although we match you close to home, you must be able to drive up to 15 miles if needed).
CPR/First Aid Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift 25 lbs Physically assist, guide, and facilitate movement of participants that need assistance (e.
g.
, transfer in/out of wheelchair) and other mobility issues specific to the client, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Successfully pass a background report Possess a valid California Driver's license and provide a current driving record issued by the DMV.
Provide proof of current car insurance Provide High School Diploma and/or other qualifying certificates Possess a valid California Driver's license with a good driving record(Required) Responsibilities Facilitate meaningful community connections with your clients Support individuals at their places of employment or activities Provide transportation to participants to work or activities Teach independent life skills Increase helpful, adaptive behaviors Adhere to written support plans for clients Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
