0 Anaheim, CA Anaheim, CA Part-time Part-time Up to $35 an hour Up to $35 an hour Progress Speech & Language Center (PSL) is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant who loves working with little ones (0-3 year old) and young children by using fun, play-based therapy approach.
We are located in Anaheim and Santa Ana in Central Orange County.

Provides pediatric physical therapy treatment to the patients based upon supervisors' directions.
Provide strong interest in working with 0-3 baby and toddler population and parents for coaching model.
Provides therapeutic skills for young children (0-12 years old) Provides on-going therapy on an outpatient basis Documents daily/weekly therapy for each client on the Daily Therapy Note Regularly communicate changes, progress and concerns to supervisor Responsible for maintaining good working relationship with coworkers and facilitating teamwork wherever services are being provided.
Demonstrates sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
Adheres to the regulatory and practice of pediatric physical therapy assistant.
Other duties assigned by supervisor or management Patient Education:
Facilitates movement toward a healthcare partnership between providers, the patients and their families.
Educates patient/families regarding therapeutic exercises, activities and equipment.
We are open 5 days a week and offer flexible scheduling Bilingual - Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages preferred POSITION QUALIFICATIONS California Board PTA License 1-3 years of previous pediatric therapy experience Previous use of Central Reach, helpful but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to quickly learn and adapt to therapy software Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass clean/clear - FBI/DOJ background check First Aid/CPR training TB results (2 step-within last 30 days) Job Type:
