Delivery Team Technical Lead - Remote 100% remote 6
Month Contract $48- $67 an hour Successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of fully integrated solutions for a client organization.
Meets with assigned clients to assess business needs, evaluate existing systems, document system requirements, and determine appropriate integrated solutions.
Prepares specifications for use in the development process, coordinates and reviews the work of developers or programmers, and tests and approves deliverables prior to deployment to customer sites.
Prepares and communicates project plans, tracks project progress, controls project scope, and facilitates change orders in response to out of scope needs.
Develops and maintains detailed project documentation.
May provide ongoing training and support to client organizations.
Responsible for solution design, implementation, debugging, assurance testing, and creation of documentation.
Responsible for working with biometric technologies in software modules or applications.
Plans and develops all technical delivery aspects of a project.
Ensure clear communication across multiple teams.
This is not a hands-on software development position but requires an in-depth understanding of software development practices.
Software development management, development, or technical lead experience is required.
Requirements:
BS in Software Engineering or Equivalent Degree Minimum 10 years experience in software development/delivery.
Strong project management experience Understanding of XML and serialization MUST be US Citizen NO Dual Ability to read customer requirements and generate internal documentation and design documentation to meet custom needs.
Must be familiar with Windows and Linux OS.
Should be familiar with AngularJS development platform Experience integrating external hardware devices via an API/SDK layer.
Must have experience working in an Agile Development process.
Knowledge of Database Communications including AWS PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, data migration, and general DB communication Knowledge of AWS Cloud development and infrastructure Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
Ability to translate specifications and technical designs into detailed actions resulting in successful deliveries.
Strong ability to communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like performance, non-functional, GUI, screen and interface designs.
Very strong technical skills and an understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Background in deploying software applications to the end user.
