About the Role:
As the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our wholesale business relationships.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities, maintain existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale management within the apparel industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our wholesale business and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, including retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and prospect new wholesale accounts, negotiating agreements and terms to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Coordinate with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on wholesale performance, including sales forecasts, inventory levels, and market feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of wholesale sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all wholesale activities.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale management, preferably in the apparel industry.
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with wholesale partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce) is a plus.
