Then join our award-winning kitchen remodeling company! We're seeking a motivated and organized Showroom Sales Support Associate to assist our Sales Manager and handle all aspects of the showroom.
In this role, you will:
Be the first contact for showroom visitors, making them feel welcome and understood.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the Sales Manager.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Maintain the showroom in a clean and presentable condition.
Process client paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Follow up with clients after their visit to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A track record of success in customer service (1-2 years preferred).
Strong organizational and clerical skills.
Solid phone experience.
