We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
This is a key role in our organization, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Duties:
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer phone calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette - Communicate with clients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with training and development of new clerical staff - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs or maintenance requests Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Previous experience in training development is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation based on experience.
