We are a 24/7 ER with board-certified specialists in Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology and Surgery.

We are currently recruiting a Surgery Doctor Assistant for daytime shifts.
This position requires knowledge of emergency/specialty veterinary medicine and an empathetic and diplomatic approach to client interactions.
Critical thinking skills and a solutions-based approach are essential elements for success in this role.
Prior experience as a Surgical Doctor Assistant in an Emergency/ Specialty hospital is a prerequisite for this position.
Primary skills required for this position:
Triage patients, including ER patients Communicate with clients to obtain histories, go over discharges and paperwork Help maintain the flow of the doctor's schedule Create and present estimates to clients Create treatment sheets per doctor's instructions Manage daily tasks:
Lab results, filing, call backs/updates, entering charges, Ezyvet, Smart Flow, discharges, etc.
Help clean and maintain the overall treatment floor and hospital This is a full-time permanent position with extremely competitive compensation.
