We get hired to go to other peoples companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers.
Position Purpose:
Performs a variety of clerical and office duties in support of a department or function within the organization.
In order to conduct unbiased evaluations, qualified candidates must be someone not affiliated with Fair partners either socially or professionally.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Ability to maintain composure in a stressful situation.
Must have the ability to work independently in the field.
Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time on a variety of surfaces (grass, asphalt, and concrete); works both indoors and outdoors during all types of summer weather.
Ability to work outside normal business day/week as required by the annual OC Fair (Mid-July through mid-August).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
