As a Warehouse Associate you will play a crucial role in our operations.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory integrity, and ensuring quality and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Accurate Order Fulfillment Pull customer orders accurately based on picking lists.
Verify pulled items against orders and shipping documents to eliminate errors.
2.
Productivity Meet or exceed productivity targets set by management.
Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
3.
Inventory Control Ensure proper receiving, stocking, and record-keeping practices.
Participate in daily inventory counts and assist in reconciling any discrepancies.
Participate in end of year inventory counts.
4.
Packaging and Shipping Pack and label items securely for shipment.
Follow shipping guidelines and use appropriate packaging materials.
5.
Equipment Operation Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment.
6.
Maintaining a Clean Workspace Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
7.
Safety Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly.
8.
Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (heavy repetitive lifting required.
) Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
