Summary:
Under direction from the Parts Warranty & Core Analyst, administers service parts core return process in a timely manner.
Receives core return requests, validates core return details and assigns RMA numbers.
Coordinates with the internal department responsible for scheduling core shipments, receives shipment scheduling and communicates details to the original requestors.
Maintains a running report of all service parts requests and communicates new requests to the core processing facility daily.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficient PC skills in Windows applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with SAP (preferred but not required) Professional verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented and ability to maintain work organized Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadline requirements Perform miscellaneous parts operations group job related duties as assigned Pay rate for this position is $20 hourly.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
