Job Details
Job Duties:
  • Ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies, and follow estimating procedures
  • Sub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections
  • Material/equipment/labor cost calculations, change order estimates, and client relationships/networking
  • Projects include commercial, TIs, design/build, government facilities, multi-family, healthcare, and education

Requirements:
  • 3
    years of experience estimating large drywall projects
  • Must be proficient in QuickBid/OST
  • Prefer knowledge or Southern California construction market
