THE RANCH Restaurant is looking for servers that enjoy working in an upscale, fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced server with excellent customer service skills, who is friendly, hardworking, honest, passionate and team oriented!
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service.
Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional dining experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty menus Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders Work with Hosts, Servers and Mgt.
to move and set tables as needed.
Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere Requirements:
At least 21
years of age 2 years minimum experience in fine dining hospitality Availability to consistently work nights, including weekends/holidays Wine, Spirit and Cocktail knowledge required Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software Will need a valid CA Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit Job Type:
