Your role is a key component in the success of progress and care objectives.
Minimum
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in working as Direct Staff with adults with developmental disabilities.
Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Have the physical ability to lift over 25 lbs.
Have the ability to develop rapport and trust with participants.
Have the ability to work as a team member, make sound judgments and be able to establish positive interpersonal relationships with a broad range of people.
Be comfortable with providing personal care support, such as feeding, assisting in using the restroom, and diaper changing.
All of our participants require personal care assistance.
Be responsible and reliable and work independently.
Requirements:

5 years of Experience.
Valid driver's license, a vehicle with current registration & insurance Have Criminal Background Clearance on file with the Department of social services.
Have Physician's clearance and a TB test clearance.

Have CPR - AID License.
High School diploma or GED Provide Professional References We are and Equal Opportunity Employer.
