Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for various departments.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Act as a liaison between students, parents, faculty, and staff, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Participate in student activities, helping to coordinate and support events and programs as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and managing information.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
