Load/unload and operate cleaning system to remove oil and coolants from product.
Maintain the cleaning solution in the tanks and basic preventative maintenance.
Wash pans using the pan wash machine.
Load/unload and operate vibratory deburr machine.
Load/unload and operate vapor hone equipment to achieve desired finish on product.
Glass Bead will require respiratory protection.
Qualifications:
Willing to work hard, positive attitude, willing to learn, team oriented, and sense of urgency required.
HS Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/shop environment preferred.
Ability to read and understand process instructions.
Ability to calculate figures using basic shop math Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs Ability to walk and stand 100% of shift Ability to work overtime if needed, including Saturdays.
