As the Manufacturing Human Resources Manager at a Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in driving their people's strategy to support the growth and success of the manufacturing operations. You will lead all aspects of HR management within the manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment efforts for manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Implement proactive measures to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively. Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues. Identify training needs within the manufacturing workforce and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives. Administer compensation and benefits programs for manufacturing employees, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to inform compensation decisions. Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the manufacturing facility. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
