employees. This is the number 2 HR spot in the company reporting directly to the EVP of HR.
Responsibilities include overseeing 4 HR Business Partners (HR Director level) with direct interaction/ influence with business unit Presidents. This individual will work directly with other HR Centers of Excellence to develop the best strategy in support of the business unit. Excellent long term opportunity to ultimately take on the senior HR executive role.
Must have strong HR generalist experience preferably from a retail or hospitality setting. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
