Customer Service Associate

Our company is on the lookout for a qualified Customer Service Associate. This person should have proven experience working in a customer service position. We will only consider applicants that have excellent communication skills and the ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
If you are selected for the position, you will be responding to e-mail and phone customer service inquiries. You will also be responsible for soft-selling and merchandising support. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
We offer a starting pay of $12-14 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
