Educator / Teacher wanted to present Differentiated Instruction PD

Our firm is seeking highly capable educators and education consultants with great presentation skills to share our Differentiated Instruction staff development and/or our Classroom Management staff development We are the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. We train in PK - 12 grade schools nationwide (public, private, and charter schools).
We have been training in school districts, all over the US and even internationally, with our Classroom Management program for over 20 years. This Differentiated Instruction training program was just launched nationally in January of 2014. It is fresh, new, and practical and teachers leave the training with ready-to-implement activities.
Both of these are one-day, onsite trainings at schools. We have one firm rule at CTE - if educators don't leave at the end of the training day with applications and strategies they can implement immediately, then we feel it might be a waste of their time. Teachers don't need more "theory" - they need tools to help them be successful in the classroom.
Successful consultants who work with us have the following backgrounds: teachers, principals, counselors, professors, assistant principals, superintendents, retired educators, social workers, behavior specialists, staff development coordinators, professional speakers and consultants, authors, plus other backgrounds dealing with students. We also have professionals specializing in adult education in other areas, as well as speakers who currently present for other companies.
If you are a retired educator (or retired trainer) we are interested and hope you will review our information (your experience is wonderful!).
Our trainers are highly qualified and can hold the attention of, and deliver a message to, an audience. You MUST enjoy training and staff development and have a desire to help improve teaching and learning.
Also, please know we do not pay hourly. This is a commission based, part-time opportunity. You have the option to remain in your current position while training for us. Our compensation is generous and is never less than $1,000.00 per day. Often it is much more.
If your passion to present is strong and you believe your presentation style would be equally strong; and, if you have demonstrated the art of teaching and leading exceedingly well, then we are interested in you. If you possess the qualities of a "Top Gun" presenter, please follow the steps in this email to apply to our elite team.
If you:
1) Are a real 'teachers' teacher' (you are good at what you do)
2) Are impeccably professional
3) Love leading, teaching, and speaking, and are good at all three
4) Have an entrepreneurial spirit
Then we:
1) Will invite you to join our team of esteemed instructors
2) Will train you to become an elite regional or national teacher/trainer for our firm
3) Will help you achieve all of your personal and professional goals
Our strong corporation enjoys a sterling reputation with teachers, schools, and districts all around the United States and in other countries. We are eager to share this with you. Additionally, our company enjoys an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
We are calling for trainers to help us meet an ever-growing training demand. We seek you because we need the very best to help us train in schools and districts and at education conferences everywhere. We are hoping you are that person!
Applicants, who meet our requirements, will be invited to attend our next 4-day Train The Trainer sessions which will be in Los Angeles, CA April 9 - 12, 2015 and Atlanta, GA April 23 - 26, 2015.
You don't know if you qualify? Here is how to tell:
Do you possess our "three P's?"
o Personality. Do you have the personality to deliver content in a way that will engage, entertain, move, and inspire your audience? We will give you the content that will make you shine, but can you DELIVER the message?
o Professionalism. Are you the teacher or professional, or are you now the principal or administrator, that others admire? Are you the professional other educators come to for advice because you care and you are good?
o Passion. The most important "P" - even more than a yearning to earn a big paycheck, do you have an overriding passion to improve education and help teachers and children succeed like never before?
If you answered no to any of the three questions above, we are not the right company for you. If your passion is just a big paycheck we will not work well together. If, however, your passion is to help improve teaching and learning BUT you don't mind receiving handsome pay for doing just that then we want to talk with you immediately!
