Hours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
Hours of availability need to be between 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Shifts within the office are staggered to ensure coverage at all times. Some overtime may be needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls from homeowners, landlords, and property managers.
Make outgoing/follow-up calls to technicians, customers, insurance companies etc.
Provide scheduling service, answer customer's questions, and support and communicate with our sales team: Work with crew to ensure excellent customer service, make sure the job is on time and to alert corresponding parties of any changes in the scope of the job.
Data entry and data processing.
Dispatching technicians.
Provide excellent customer service - both external and internal customer service!
Complete documentation, as appropriate - attention to detail is essential!
Minimum Requirements:
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED.
Must have a professional appearance and great attitude. A can-do spirit, efficient style, and great phone presence preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
Ability to speak with people in new or difficult situations, build rapport and gain their trust and confidence.
Experience with Customer Service in a trades or restoration environment a plus, as is dealing with insurance claims from the provider side.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Pay Rate
What is your level of experience? We will pay DOE (Depending on Experience):
$10-11 per hour for minimum experience in customer service and administration
$12-14 with 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced customer service and administrative position
Possibility of promotions and increases based on merit and performance. We also provide preferred benefits, including medical insurance and paid time off (vacation, illness, holiday)!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
