We are looking for an Experienced Construction Superintendent
Commercial Property / Special Projects and Major Office T.I., Interior and Exterior
construction projects that will range in value between $250K to $6.0 Mil

Experience:
1. Hands on construction experience with trade knowledge including ability to read and interpret plans at an expert level, including MEP and structural.
2. Organize details, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project Schedule-10
4. You must be self-motivated, able to work alone and as a team.
5. Coordinate all tasks with an understanding of means and methods and a sense of urgency.

We also work on pre-construction and feasibility studies for new Hotels in California. Our secondary business focus is Large Tenant Improvement projects in California. Job Requirements:
Ensure the project is built and constructed according to the latest set of building plans and directions given by PM.
Ensure all personnel and sub contractors complete their work in a manner consistent with the latest building plans and directions given by PM.
Ensure all construction related work is completed in a manner consistent with Company expectations of performance, workmanship and quality.
Responsible for keeping commitments and maintaining communication with PM.
Schedule and meet with city officials as required. Schedule your inspections
Identify, estimate and advise the PM of all construction related change orders.
This includes assisting the PM with pricing of additive or deductive changes to the work and estimating the required resources.
Enforce job start and stop times as required to accommodate the most productive workday.
Ability to present oneself in a professional, confident and knowledgeable manner to clients.
Knowledge of general building codes and the building permit process.
Develop working relationships with subs and vendors.
Contact vendors and suppliers. Ensure material is available, on time.
Safe guard all employer and client property.
Maintain a jobsite file for Weekly Meeting Minutes, Action items on site, etc.
Maintain jobsite communications with the office through FAX, E-Mail or any other means as required.
Management Requirements:
Ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Manage sub contractors, schedules and quality of work.
Manage and take responsibility for jobsite safety, eliminate or safeguard against jobsite hazards.
Provide constant communication with subs, foremen, Management Group and Owners.
Ensure projects comply with all applicable local, state and federal building codes.
Coordinate and schedule labor needs always have construction scheduling 3 weeks ahead.
Additional: Must have minimum 5 years Commercial Construction Experience and able to document.
Additional: We require High End Quality Oriented experience for this position.
