Sales Office Assistant

Position Overview & Expectations:
The Sales Executive Assistant position requires exceptional organizational skills and advanced computer (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency. This position requires a person who is professional in a relaxed office environment, has residential construction background, executive assistant experience, and able to prioritize multiple tasks within their workday.
The Executive Assistant must work effectively with other managers (be a team player), and juggle projects efficiently; work independently taking initiative, using sound judgment and reasoning to complete the tasks quickly and successfully.

Key Contributions:
Contribute to the effectiveness of the President by saving him time in assuming any task possible to free his time. (All other requests are prioritized secondary to those projects that are to be done for the President.)
Sales support to President, VP of Sales, Sales Executive Assistant- contract administration, option coordination, change order/purchase order follow up
Daily client correspondence/follow up when directed
General filing of sales related
Typing from verbal/written copy and transcription of letters, memos, and reports.
Marketing coordination- prepare marketing collateral and assist Sales Executive Assistant with any Marketing tasks
Gather and prepare information for Sales Management team as needed.
Any office organization, office design, office interior change and any job duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in assisting a company executive is required
Previous experience in residential construction industry is a plus
Experience in reading residential plans
Familiar with downloading plans, documents, etc. from online source a plus
Sales experience a plus
Advanced computer (Word, Excel,Outlook, etc.)
Compensation:
The pay range is $17-$20 per hour, depending on level of experience. Full benefits- Including paid vacation, IRA, paid holidays, Medical and Dental.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
